Returns within 30 days — free in BE/LU
1. Request your return
From your customer area > My orders > Return. Select the items and the reason (optional).
2. Print the label
Prepaid DPD label sent by e-mail within 1h. Stick it on the parcel in its original packaging.
3. Refund within 5–7 days
Once received at the warehouse, refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Exclusions:
custom-made products, cut to order, and parcels delivered >30 days ago are not eligible for standard return. Contact our after-sales at for these special cases.
