Who we are

FUSE SOLUTIONS BV, trading as Valtieri, is a Belgian company with its registered office and warehouse at Steenweg op Ruisbroek 257, 1620 Drogenbos. It is registered with the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 1027.949.184 and carries VAT number BE 1027.949.184.

We sell sanitary ware, taps, fittings and pipes, heating, ventilation, water treatment, tools and fixing material, online and from Drogenbos. Our customers are installers, contractors and private buyers in Belgium and Luxembourg.

How we work

We are a reseller, not a manufacturer. We buy from Belgian and European wholesalers and manufacturers and resell under our own name. The brands you find on this site — among others Geberit, Grohe, Hansgrohe, Duravit, Ideal Standard, Vaillant, Bulex, Remeha, Bosch, Viega, Vasco, Henco, Ariston, Caleffi and Giacomini — remain the property of their respective owners; we sell their products, we do not represent them.

Items from our Drogenbos warehouse are delivered in Belgium within 3 to 6 working days. Items we order from the manufacturer take longer; you are told the term at order confirmation. The full conditions are in our shipping policy.

Ordering, paying, returning

Delivery in Belgium is free from 65 euro (incl. VAT) per order; below that amount we charge 9.95 euro (incl. VAT), shown separately before you confirm. Outside Belgium a flat rate of 16 euro (incl. VAT) applies.

You pay by Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact or Apple Pay through Shopify Payments. As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to change your mind; the conditions are in our refund policy.

Collection in Drogenbos is possible by appointment.
