The fischer DuoSeal is a 2-component plug that seals the borehole in wet rooms without extra sealant. The nylon plug with the included stainless steel screw has been independently tested by the test and certification institute of the Säure Fliesner Vereinigung e. V. Water tightness has been confirmed in accordance with ETAG 022 and DIN 18534 up to Water Exposure Class W3-I. Taking into account national and international sealing standards for wet rooms, the DuoSeal in combination with the included screw is suitable for applications in commercial, private and public wet rooms that are frequently exposed to splash water and occasional accumulation of water.
