Comap. Multiskin 4 multilayer pipes. Multiskin 4 is a complete range of multilayer pipes with D from 14-63 mm. They are made of PEX/AL/PEX with a strong aluminium core for better resistance to high temperatures and pressures. Multiskin 4 is suitable for all sanitary and heating applications. The pipes can be used both for new-build and for renovations. They can be installed concealed or exposed. Advantages: temperature- and pressure-resistant, low thermal expansion, non-corrosive, dimensionally stable, wear-resistant, oxygen-tight, light and easy to use, sound-damping, detectable after installation. Properties: 5 layers: cross-linked polyethylene, adhesive, aluminium, adhesive, cross-linked polyethylene. thickness of the aluminium: 0,4 mm for D 14 to 20mm.
